Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of personalized, engraved cutting boards we do not offer a refund policy after an order has been placed. Once we have received an order, the engraving process begins, when a cutting board is engraved it can no longer be used for another custom order. We position the engraving on the most favorable side of the board.
Custom orders lost or damaged in transit will be replaced, but are non-refundable;
If your items(s) have been damaged during shipping, are defective or there are missing or incorrect items, you must notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the item(s) so that we may send a replacement. If we are not notified within 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse any damage or missing item claims after this period, as it becomes much harder for us to process shipping claims with the delay.
At Wood and Board we carefully select the highest quality wood available,. as we hope you can appreciate; each board is unique as nature intended it and wood may vary from board to board.
